These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dudu Footy app, operated by [CLUB LEGAL NAME]. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

You agree to follow our Rules & Ethics, including respecting other players, organisers, and referees. Abuse, discrimination, or violent conduct may result in disciplinary action, including bans.
Games have limited spots, allocated on registration. Tokens are a credit used to register for games. Tokens have an expiry date and no cash value. We may adjust token balances to correct errors or in line with our refund policy.
Matchday fees and token purchases are shown in GBP (£) and processed by Stripe. Fees are payable at the time of registration. You are responsible for any charges incurred.
You may cancel a registration up to 30 minutes before kickoff. When you cancel a paid registration, you receive a token credit (currently 10 tokens, valid for a limited period) rather than a cash refund. Cancellations within 30 minutes of kickoff are not permitted and are not refundable.
Yellow and red cards may lead to automatic bans as set out in the Rules & Ethics. Organisers may also suspend or remove accounts for serious or repeated misconduct.
Football is a physical activity that carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and confirm you are physically fit to play. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries sustained while playing.
Photos and videos from games may be uploaded to the in-app gallery. If you do not wish to appear, please tell an organiser.
We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
